We will begin this session with simple yin postures so as to ready the physical body for deeper postures and longer holds in the coming days. Focus will be on breathing and inviting softness into our physical body. Encouraging the mind to find stillness during our practice and lastly learning to connect with our inner sensations and emotions.
SATURDAY 19th May 2018
Yin Yoga for Liver and Gallbladder 11:00-13:00: Spring is the time when certain aspects of ourselves have been dormant over the winter months begins to awaken. Like nature, we too enter a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion. This session will focus on nourishing the wood element which allows for growth in all aspects of our lives.
Yin/Yang Yoga 14:30-16:30: Combining the aspects of yin and yang into in these sessions. Inviting harmony and equanimity into our practice through a series of Yin to Yang flow. Introducing Sthira Sukham Asanam or simply bringing ease and comfort into our postures. These sessions are designed to flow from soft yet strong deep-rooted asanas to connect body mind and heart with stillness, flowing from mild to strong sensations of discomfort to subtle sensations of calmness and meditative. Surrendering to none other than our ‘prana’ or breath.
SUNDAY 20th May 2018
Yin Yoga for Digestive System 10:30-12:30: When our digestion is out of balance we experience fatigue and discomfort in the physical body to frustration and erratic emotions. We begin to lose control of our stability and link to our inner wisdom. This session will encourage a smooth flow of Qi or prana to our digestive area to encourage a healthy digestive system and bringing balance and clarity into our second brain or ‘Gut Intuition’
Blindfold Yin Yoga 14:00-16:00: experience the journey of ‘Pratyhara’ the disconnecting of our senses from the outer world to that of our inner world. Creating a relationship with stillness and silence.
Price: 35 Euro per class, or 100 Euro for all classes.

Cancelation policy: All monies will be refunded in full if you cancel 14 or more days prior to workshop’s start date. If you cancel between 13 days and 1 day in advance, a nonrefundable 25% will be deducted. No money will be refund if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or on the workshop’s start day, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason.
